Each registration entitles to attendance of UCC, BDCAT, all workshops, tutorials, the doctoral symposium and the UCC cloud challenge, as well as (within available contingent) the subsequent ESSCA. Day passes entitle to attending a single day of your choice (without evening events), whereas all other passes include the whole event including all evening events (reception, banquet) and proceedings copies. Several items can be optionally booked and customised through the process.

Authors guidelines:
One author of each accepted paper must register at the non-student rate (exception: student rates are permitted for PhD forum papers). When multiple papers are presented by the same person, each paper must be registered separately, at an appropriate discount which is applied automatically.
Visa information:
Instructions for obtaining visa support letters are given as part of the registration process. If you need a visa, please indicate so in the registration form, fill out the request form mentioned in the process, send additional information as requested from you by the local team member handling the visa invitations, and allocate a sufficient amount of time for the processing including, if necessary, postal delivery before any appointment at the appropriate consular representation.
